Review

Annie here!

This newsletter is a little different than usual, because I'm telling about a game I'm excited for that hasn't released yet!

RollerGirl is a casual slice-of-life game akin to Lake. You spend your time rollerblading around, talking to locals, and experiencing the story, with a backdrop of music to suit any mood.

I first heard about RollerGirl at MIGS (The Montreal International Games Summit) last month, where it knocked my socks off at the pitch competition. I then had the opportunity to speak with the developer for a short while and made a very pleasant connection. I immediately got the sense that RollerGirl was a game to keep an eye on.

The game doesn't have a release date yet, but I'm confident that when it releases it'll be one I won't want to miss.

Final Thoughts

If you like casual games with a good story and satisfying movement, I'd recommend adding RollerGirl to your wishlist today.
